Luxury bathroom design in East Cornwall
This luxury bathroom design and installation was just one of four that Studio One South West completed in this lovely property in East Cornwall. The previous bathrooms were in need of an update so our client came to us for advice and ideas. In this master en suite we made use of the space with a gorgeous Victoria and Albert freestanding bath and separate walk-in shower with Hansgrohe brassware. Furthermore, we made a bespoke concealed mirror cabinet to hide bathroom products and keep the surfaces clean and clear. Finally, we finished off the look with stylish white vanity and basin and mirror cabinet with stunning down lit alcoves and wood effect ceramic tiles on the floor.

“From the first time we met Mark and his team at Studio One we knew we were dealing with a very professional company that were going to deliver what we wanted in our new home. Mark had fantastic vision right from the start, to turn all 4 of our very tired & dreary bathrooms plus a cloakroom into something very special, seeing things we didn’t see. They planned out all the rooms in 3D CAD so we could really get a feel for what they were going to look like once complete which really help us visualise the bathrooms.
The only major wow factor, must have we gave them was to have the best en-suite shower experience in our master bedroom we could have and in the end, they delivered much, much more, not just in the en-suite but every bathroom.
As far as we were concerned, the best results come from the best planning, and we all many hours looking at tiles, different baths, heated floor types, sinks, taking advise from Mark on what would work best with each bathroom, nothing was too much trouble and the final pictures tell the full story!
I don’t think we were ready for the team of fitters that were to descend on us and be with us for 3 months. We really saw how it works with Studio One, nothing is left to chance, the walls and floors were all taken back to stud work stage and all strengthened to take the tile weights and make way for new decorative recesses. The underfloor heating preparation was a work of art, as was the preparation for all the new drainage and plumbing work enabling us to have pressured water flow at every shower head. The planning and layout was second to none, and the execution of that plan by a group of true professional tradesmen was a joy to watch and be involved in during our full house renovation; all they needed was good cups of tea!
Needless to say we are absolutely over the moon with the results, and having now used the bathrooms for 9 months, Mark and the team at Studio One certainly got it right, in every way and every day I get out of the shower feeling as though I’ve had the best shower experience possible.
