Stage 1 | Consultation

Schedule a meeting with us at our Plymouth Showroom to discuss and delve into your project. Exploring our vast variety of showroom displays and tapping into the expertise of our in-house knowledge, our sales team will ensure they have the best understanding of your project from who will be using the bathroom, your preferred style, key requirements and investment.

Stage 2 | Home visit

After finalising the plan of your project, a home visit will be scheduled . During this visit, any measurements of the existing room will be taken. Followed by a discussion of any factors that will influence the design of your project such as, lighting conditions, space or sizing and the water flow or drainage in and out of the room.

Stage 3 | Design process

Following your home visit, our design team will review and look over the options for your project, crafting a design that aligns perfectly with your requirements. We'll present you with a preliminary design concept, complete with 3D renderings. Providing you with a clear visualisation of you project and what it will look like.

Stage 4 | Finalisation

Once you are satisfied with our design solution proposal and have agreed on all products,  our team will work with you to confirm a start date for your project. Being there to support you every step of the way.

Stage 5 | Supply & installation

Once all details are finalised, we'll take full responsibility for every aspect of your project. Our dedicated installation team guarantees nothing but a flawless execution of your bathroom, wet room or tile project. Whether its Mark, our Director or Martin, our Manager, they'll ensure immaculate work and timely completion. They oversee everything, from deliveries to meticulous attention to minor details.
